Ken Ward Sports Centre Activities

The first programme of activities at the KWSC has been published following its opening on 7th June.  The programme includes details of pricing options fot the various activies.

The activities on offer will be reviewed and added to on  an on-going basis, with a further programme to be issued in September.

New Ken Ward Sports Centre – off the blocks

HATTERSLEY’S new and improved Ken Ward Sports Centre opened its doors on 7th June – offering a wealth of first class sport and leisure facilities to local people and those further afield.

 
The 3.1m Phase 2 development is part of Tameside Council’s ongoing commitment to providing top class sports and leisure facilities across the borough and comes hot on the heels of the launch of the new Tameside Gymnastics Centre in Mottram. Continue reading »

Cllr Oldham Visits Ken Ward Sports Centre

Councillor Roy Oldham, the Executive Leader of Tameside Council, recently paid a visit to Hattersley’s Ken Ward Sports Centre (KWSC) to check on progress of the £3.1m Phase 2 development – ahead of its opening in May.

New Gymnastic Centre Opens
