There are more than 800 new homes planned for Hattersley over the next few years ranging from four-bedroom family homes to more modest homes.

In addition Contour Housing Group have built new properties for sale at the Meadows on Broadbottom Road, where only nine properties remain available and also at Deerwood Vale, Clough End Road, where a further six remain available for sale.
