Job Search and Support
Step Ahead work closely with partners such as Job Centre Plus, Connexions and local employers to help local people to find suitable employment. This results in many people being referred to locally run services such as Hattersley Job Club for practical advice and training.
In addition, Step Ahead take every opportunity to enable local people to compete for vacancies arising with local employers through participation in pre-recruitment initiatives, employment events and provision of a wide range of advice and training.

Jobs Window
The Jobs Window at the Hattersley Neighbourhood Partnership advertises job vacancies, volunteering opportunities and a range of other information which is updated weekly. You can view some of the vacancies by clicking here.
Residents can view the information and opportunities on offer or call in to the office to discuss anything of interest. The free Warmphone is also available for residents to contact advertisers for more details.
