This ground breaking project will see Hattersley and Mottram reach its tremendous potential and, with Peak Valley Housing spending £40 million upgrading and improving its stock of social housing, this has already resulted in an increased demand to live in the area.
In addition to the refurbishment programme we have already built several new properties for sale and to rent, including properties to house those affected by selective demolition and bungalows, which have been identified as being in short supply.
