Housing Sales Centre Open |

The sales centre at the Pennine View housing development in the Harehill area of Hattersley is now open – with an invitation to drop in to view the properties on offer.
The properties on offer in the first phase include 2 and 4 bedroom houses and 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.
Thirty two of the properties to be built will also be available under the Governments FirstBuy initiative, where first time buyers would only have to find 80% of the asking price and need a 5% deposit.
